2 medium russet potatoes, cubed
1 tsp EVOO1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
In bowl add all ingredients, toss to coat and bake in oven at 400 degrees F. for 30-40 minutes or until desired tenderness. Enjoy!
