Quinoa Salad


2 cups cooked, chilled quinoa
1 cup broccoli florets
1/8 cup sliced red onion
1/2 cup grape tomatoes
2 Tbsp pine nuts
1 tsp evoo
1/2 tsp lemon juice and zest of 1 lemon
